from the Rene who works in the office that I walked into, to the guys who helped me in the main factory, and who cut the material for me, it was all WOW
great service, friendly, extremely helpful, and nothing was too much too much ask!! even when I asked if they could cut the half meter pipe into even smaller pieces, couz I would most probably cut it skew at home!!
all this, over and above the fact that they dont normally sell small pieces, however they do have from time off cuts and pieces that are dented along the long 6 meter lengths!!
they sell all kinds of wonderful sizes of stainless steel pipes, and am lead to believe that they manufacter the pipes them selfs!!
